10. Transaction Cancellation Policy
Different types of transactions may occur on the Platform:
Donations
Donations are voluntary contributions made to support a campaign and cannot be canceled once completed.
Physical Products
If a physical product is purchased through a campaign, cancellation rights will apply in accordance with Israeli Consumer Protection Law, where applicable.
The Platform does not charge cancellation fees; however, payment processing fees or operational costs already incurred may be deducted.
